The Myo Institute offers The Myo Method series of classes to expand a therapist’s repertoire of clinical bodywork techniques while developing and improving touch skills, sharpening communication with clients, assessing postural deviations and structural misalignment, and learning protocols for specific injuries and conditions. Course: This program was developed by world-renowned kinesiotherapist Aaron Mattes. Active Isolated Stretching (AIS) uses guided active movements with assisted end-range stretching in order to activate weakened muscles, break up fascial restrictions and restore a client’s optimal ROM.
