GET DIRECT ONE-ON-ONE FEEDBACK FROM MYO METHOD CERTIFIED INSTRUCTORS

Commitment: We start with two 90 minute sessions.
Credits: 3 CEUs
Cost: $200 (Payment can be split- Intake 90 min. $110 / 2nd 90 min. $90)

Additional sessions are $90

The Myo Mentor Program gives massage professionals an opportunity to spend some one-on-one time with a Myo Method Certified Instructor and earn some CEUs in the process. The program begins with two 90 minute sessions. During that time you will identify career goals, demonstrate your massage skills and training, and talk through the session as if you were working with a real client in your practice. Your Myo Mentor will give feedback and specific guidance based on their assessment of your strengths and weaknesses, session flow, technique application and communication skills. Your mentor may also work on you during this time to demonstrate specific massage techniques. Even after the initial package of two sessions, you and your Myo Mentor can schedule additional sessions to fine tune your touch skills or address other goals. We are here for you!

This program is for Bodyworkers who are serious about therapeutic massage as a career path and would like some additional instruction, fine tuning of techniques and anatomy, or advice on how to build their career. The feedback given in this context can give a Bodyworker a sense of confidence and deeper understanding of clients’ expectations in the field of Clinical Massage Therapy.

Each of our Myo Mentors has at least fifteen years of experience in Clinical Bodywork, and they know what it takes to succeed in the massage industry. Now, they are going to share their industry expertise with you.

My mentor will be a licensed massage therapist, but is not a doctor or mental health professional. Any advice is based on the personal opinions and experience of the mentor and should not be taken as legal or medical advice. I understand that massage therapy involves neither diagnosis nor treatment of any condition, and is not a substitute for medical care. *

I understand the risks of massage therapy, including but not limited to superficial bruising, soreness, and exacerbation of undiscovered injuries, and I release the company and massage therapist of all liability in the case of such injuries. If needed, I have clearance from my physician to receive massage therapy, and I agree to disclose all medical conditions or medications now and in future as changes occur. *

Cancellations are permitted without penalty up to 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations within the 12 hour period and no shows will be charged 50% of the non discounted service price. I agree to pay all cancellation fees in accordance with Myo policy. *
